Women in the Workforce

It isn’t the 1950s anymore. Women are actively involved in the workforce at astonishing rates compared to decades ago. Even more surprisingly, middle aged women are also participating in the workforce at some of the highest rates ever seen. These women may be a little older than their counterparts, but that does not stop them from going after their dream job or simply working to pay the bills.

Middle aged women are superheroes. At this point in their lives, many have already had children, maybe grandchildren, travelled the world or achieved some incredible things. Beginning around the age of 50, most women start menopause. They may suffer from vaginal dryness, hot flashes or hormonal changes, but that certainly isn’t stopping them from working hard.
